This one bedroom apartment sits in Chico Norte near Parque 93, in a safe, walkable neighborhood close to bars, restaurants, grocery stores, and gyms. This is an older building, but the apartment itself has been fully remodeled!
The living room has solar shades, alongside a fully-equipped kitchen and a washer/dryer combo. The bedroom features a 55-inch smart TV, a full-size memory foam mattress, and blackout shades. This is a lively part of the city, and the soundproof windows do a good job keeping things quiet inside.
A dedicated workstation in the bedroom includes a computer desk, a Herman Miller chair, and a 34-inch monitor with keyboard and mouse.
A doorman is on-site around the clock for easy check-in. Free on-site parking is available, but please note, the basement garage access is a bit narrow, so plan accordingly if you're driving a larger car.
